Beegu has landed!

Well what an exciting start to our Literacy Festival on Monday! We were all excited to meet Beegu when she crash landed on our playing field. The event was an exciting stimulus for a fantastic hot seating activity in which we all asked Beegu questions (assisted by a very high tech translation device!)  in order to get to know her better because we all want to be friends with Beegu and welcome her to planet earth! We have started some fabulous writing today empathising with her loneliness and describing what makes us a good friend for her.
