Play in a Day

Having been split into three groups, the children had workshops in dance, drama and singing. In these they had only 50 minutes to learn complex dance moves, lines and movements for a series of scenes showing the progression of the school and the words and rhythm to two songs. In the afternoon, they had just one further hour to all get together, rehearse these separate parts and the transitions before performing to KS1. All of the children were AMAZING and the whole productions was STUNNING. A bit well done to the arts team for the preparation and delivery, as well as a huge round of applause for the children.
