I am Henry Finch

During our literacy festival week Team Barnes and Team Spurrier have explored the book I am Henry Finch, we were lucky enough to meet Alexis Deacon on book day! 

We loved the illustrastions of the finger print birds and took inspiration from that to create our own little characters using our finger prints too. We explored our own thoughts like Henry Finch. Team Barnes and Team Spurrier explored how our thoughts can drive us to achieve new exciting things; we loved sharing and writing about ours thoughts and the journeys we could go on.
