Silent Disco!!
I think this might be most fun we've had in half an hour all year, it was brilliant!
As part of our neurodiversity festival, we had a planned silent disco. Mrs Hughes came into reception just before lunch today and we got stuck straight in! We had already decided on songs for our playlist, DJ Hughes then played this and we danced along. The pictures are so blurry because the children were dancing too much.
The dance moves were incredible and when I took my headphones off I could hear the children all singing along and trying to talk to each other - it was very sweet!
If you have never been to a silent disco before I would thoroughly recommend it!! I wonder if it's quite simple to set up at home with different devices and headphones...it would be great fun on a rainy weekend day!
