Drumming workshop

Rich led the session on the drums, showing us how to hold the drum properly to get the best sound. We needed to use our hands flat and hit the drum with our palms more than our fingers. Rich talked us through creating a rhythm and we all had a go at demonstrating our own individual beat. It was certainly loud but ever so exciting and fun. 

This was the children's first time in the music room upstairs and they very much enjoyed it.
