First day back!

After a talk about the changes and our 'new normal' at school, the children got down to some activities to showcase their handwriting, noticing and listening skills and finally their collaboration. There was mixed success in the challenge to create the tallest towers possible using only dry spaghetti and marshmallows! The real test however, was not actually the tower but how they worked as a team, a test which most of them passed with distinction!

As parents are not allowed into the school building and therefore we are unable to offer the regular open afternoon where we talk through a PowerPoint containing expectations, routines etc, we will be putting the PowerPoint onto the blog by the end of the week with a 'voice-over'.
